New Jersey Spa asks "Has everyone in Hollywood had her lips done?"

Stars are puckering up in a big way! Life & Style asks top plastic surgeons who they think is getting a little extra lip service.

Is she kissing married life goodbye with larger lips? An insider close to Jessica Simpson, 25, claims the star recently had her pout plumed. Dr. Paul Parker, a plastic surgeon in Paramus, New Jersey, agrees. "Her lips look like they've been blown up," says Dr. Parker, who suspects that Restylane injections (about $500 a pop) are responsible.

These days, America's sweetheart Meg Ryan, 44, is living large in the lip department. Dr. Parker guesses that Meg opted for Alloderm, a $1,500 human-tissue implant that lasts for two years and can be combined with Restylane injections.
